It was 11:40 when I placed my online order. The "manager"with long hair is rude and has no customer service. When I came to pick... up my order before 12 they said they're going home. You are all un professional and you need to hire people who stick with thecorrect schedule of the store. This is a huge inconvenience for people who's orders get accepted,drive up here and get turnedaway because they didn't want to stay they're full shift. Bunch of losers living with they're moms. ???? Darian the "Store manager" is a clear reflection of how slow and rude this domino's is. I hit curb side and my GF waited for 40... minutes, she was in her PJs and was uncomfortable to get off because all the workers were male and just dancing around. I cameback after she got home empty-handed and Darian told me no one is special enough to not be patient and get off the car and gointo the store and ask about the pizza. He doesn't understand the concept of "Curbside" obviously needs re training. He said hewouldn't give me the refund until he finally gave in. Wasted my time, my gas, my money and my pizza. This is the worst service Ihave ever gotten. Not only that but as a manager he kept referring to me as "My boy" I know the area is bad but we are not inthe streets. This is the third time it's happened to me, they hit "it's out the oven and ready" I check in, wait, but on 2 otheroccasions I have to get off and ask where the pizza is at. Last time Darian laughed it off and said oh I didn't hear it, guessyou get a free pizza sarcastically, but that time they were actually busy and working so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.This time the unprofessionalism was to much for "My boy" Read more

I was there for a pickup and when I got there I saw like 5 people there all doing different things and for 5 minutes there's... just staring at me while I'm at the register. Then I had to speak up and say can anyone help me. The tall gentleman walked up tothe register to speak with another customer beside me. Then he decided to charge me like what the heck? I just left that's verybad service won't be ordering here again just went to the frys across the street and got me a frozen pizza instead. Read more

The tracking system is made up and a lie when they say your pizzas in the oven or done. They put it as complete online so the... system doesnt know its behind (for corporate reasons, they can get in trouble if its not ready at the promised time) but instore is completely different. My order was "ready" after 50 minutes when i placed it. I drove down to pick it up and they toldme its not done, its actually not even in the oven yet. I wouldve been fine with the online system not lying to me or someonecalling me to let me know you guys are behind but telling me its ready to come pick it up is disgusting. I went in and the bosswas talking to the cashier that they're just gonna turn off online orders for the night. I wont waste my time or money againhere. Read more

I called 40 minutes before closing and was placed on hold. After hearing the recording express several times that it's easier... and faster to place my order on line, I did so with 35 minutes to spare, but stayed on the phone just in case a live personpicked up. But then, then there was an error with my online order, and even though they charged me, my order could not beprocessed. So glad I stayed on the phone so we could straighten this out ... Except I at just 15 minutes to close, no one haspicked up. Surely, if it were too late to order, someone would have told me before charging me $26 for a medium pizza andletting me sit on hold for 20 minutes? I reordered as pay on delivery just to make sure. And then, oh holy hell! After a 30minute wait (and still on hold) a live representative called me on a separate line to politely tell me to eff off, no driversavailable, and to wait for my refund. ???? Wouldn't it have been easier for all of us if you'd just answer the phone in theplace or to edit that helpful recording to make customer expectations realistic: "If you're calling to order after ##pm, thenwe're going to leave you feeling hungry and annoyed enough to write a bad Google Review." These guys need a raise and better management and support during the evening. It's like as if this place doesn't exist to the... many people that go unattended everyday. I placed an online order. The app indicated it was ready. So I pulled up, lights onand checked in. 30 minutes later and still nothing. They manipulate the app. The timer didn't start until they were readyalthough the app was telling me it was ready. I walked up to the door and it was locked, and they ignored me as if I wasn'tthere trying to get their attention. Called the phone number they provide in the email and no answer after holding for thirtyminutes. The funny thing is that as soon as they saw me leave to go ey cancelled my order. Literally RIDICULOUS!!! I order 2 pizzas, 2buffalo wings,bread sticks n pasta at 640. They say "20" mins ok no problem! I call... at 745 asking for my order and they tell me it was canceled because we dont deliver to your address i am 1.8 miles away fromthem ive ordered NUMEROUS times from this location. The delivery guy even tells me we tip good. And now my order was canceledand you think they called me to notify me that my order was cancelled???? NOPE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! JUST RIDICULOUS!!!
