Supposedly you have an hour to pick up your pizza but if you show up 50 minutes after your expected ready time, they get rid of... it. The pizza was the simplest, light weight pizza I have ever gotten. Very little sauce cheese was cold even though I picked up on... time. The wings were rubbery/soggy skin. Horrible experience. My name is Sharon, and I just want to say that I order pizza from here a lot. I got pizza yesterday and today, and I just want... to give employee Alex a huge 5 stars from my family and I. You can tell he makes the pizza with love and he is passionate aboutdoing so. I never have had my pizza taste as good before, but Alex made our order perfect yesterday and today. They were short handed and extremely busy. My order was 30 minutes late and there wifi was down so rather then telling me tough... luck they comped the pizzas. After a really bad week this truly made it a good start to a new week. Read more
I haven't had dominos in a long while, so me and the wife decided to get some for dinner. That was the worst mistake ever, keep... in mind this review is strictly about the quality of the pizza. I ordered two pizzas a cheese and pepperoni. You can't reallymess those up right, wrong! One thing I noticed the pizza was ready before the estimated time lets say I ordered at 4:45 it wasready to pick up at 4:52. The cheese pizza crust was burnt and the cheese, this was the only one that was eatable. The pepperoniwas also burnt, however the crust was hard to the point like chewing beef jerky. This tells me that they cooked the pizza at toohigh of a temp. Easy to say I will not be going back to this location or any dominoes at this point, there are a lot of pizzachains that have way better pizza. Keyword here is consistency which dominoes in this experience shows they do not have. I wouldsay hit and miss, eat here at your own risk! I Waited for over an hour before I gave them a call to just check on the status of the delivery. Kelle said she just put it into... the oven.. I asked her is there any sort of discount on this order since my family and I wouldn't be eating for who knows howlong since she couldn't give me an eta. She said "the tracker doesn't account for a short staff. So since you'll be gettingyour pizza hot, I can't give you a discount." Maybe in the future, if this is the case you could reach out to people and letthem know about the situation? If I had known I could have just done something else for dinner for my family.
