Literally EVERY other time I order from this store they screw up my order. This time was top notch totally unforgivable. ... Tonight I ordered two pizzas, one came completely shoved to the side and upside down. Not to mention it was completely wrongeven though the order i placed online showed correctly. I called to get a replacement waited on hold for 45 minutes before Ihung up and ordered online again. The lady took my destroyed pizza and wouldn?t give me the replacement I ordered saying thestore won?t answer for her either. This location is beyond trash, disrespectful, and a total waste of money! The specialty Chicken was made with hardly any... chicken! Order an Alfredo pizza with spinach and chicken and instead they make with marinara and added a lot onion!! Like howoff in the head do you have to be to mess that up?!?! When we called to let them know they literally just pretended to care andwas like yeah we will replace the items and they just straight lied and never kept their word about replacing the messed upitems and the CREDIT they offered was never received. And we called back they were like okay and put us on hold and then hung upon us several times to avoid us because of their mess up. I have been trying to order for delivery for several weeks, but every time I do, the app says delivery is not available. It... would be nice if it told you that before you enter your order. Tonight, 7/24/22, I decided to order carry out. I placed myorder, and proceeded to drive to the restaurant to pick up my order. As I'm pulling into the parking, my order gets cancelled. Iwalk in to find out why and they said they were closed. I asked what time they closed and the guy told me 9:00. It was 8:30 whenI placed my order, and 8:50 when I arrived to pick it up. He said they were short staffed. It is very frustrating that the appeven allowed me to order if the store closes that early. I ordered carryout online. Got a text to message them when I arrived at the store. I messaged them, "Here" and put on my... hazard lights as the text instructed. Next thing an employee walks to my car and tells me my order was cancelled. I never gota text about that. My text said to text them that I was HERE when I arrived. They make it sound like you are receiving rewards on your pizza profile through their... website/app but what they do not tell you is that it?s only valid for delivery ONLY when minimum delivery requires a purchase ofat least $18 and some change. COUPON NOT INCLUDED. I learned the hard way and changed my order for pick up only to find out my?rewards coupon? was unusable. Ended up paying full price for my pizza. I feel like I got scammed.
