I ordered delivery from the flying j truck stop down the road. I put a description of my vehicle and vehicle number on the... order. Had to walk around for 20 minutes searching for where you delivered it. This is not usually a problem but for thisdomino's I guess they doesn't understand how to deliver. Read more

said my food was out at 9:07 by 9:26 i?m still looking out my window for my food! LOL by 9:30 the tracker for my pizza notified... as complete and delivered which was false. after a whole hour after placing my order i call to see why it says complete and theguy says ?yeah my driver says she drove around for 2 to 5 minutes and no one was home? first off it was a contactless delivery!and also stated when she ?TRIED? calling me that my phone went to voicemail. didn?t offer to make me new food, or do anythingout of consideration. this dominos is a joke. so understaffed and always forgets the little things with every order! Exceptional service, pizza well cooked and order was perfect. Even sometime I see screen is completely full orders come in and... out in no time. Shout to the managers running this place team is on point with service. Read more

Just like the other negative reviews. I place an order almost an hour ago. I went to check my emails for an update and learned... my order was canceled. The email says to call the store. I attempted to call 2x and was hung up on. Domino's used to be areputable pizza place now its trash. I'll be sticking with Pizza Hut from now on. Read more

After getting my order wrong not only once, but twice within the same week (one order was completely wrong and the other order... they didnt include items I paid for) - I tried giving them a 3rd chance, using a free pizza redemption for their mistakes. Theycanceled the order. I tried calling to reconcile what happened but they kept forwarding me to an automated message that hangs upwhen finished. Still hungry I tried reordering again, this time paying full price. They canceled my order again. I tried callingagain because the cancellation emails only say to call the store. Again no response. Just constant hanging up on me when I tryto call. So now theres at least 50$ floating on my Credit card, i never got my free pizza for their original screw ups, and nowi dont get dinner tonight after trying for over and hour and ordering and paying twice. The store physcially/manually canceledthe order twice with 0 explanation. Unacceptable. Read more

This dominos in particular is one of the worse when it comes to customer service, cleanliness and on top of that they take for... ever to make your order. (Let me give you an example: I place my order on line at 7:40 pm and the system tells me that my orderis been made and it will be ready for pick-up at 8:10pm and you get to the store to pick up your order 8:35pm but your order isnot ready and they tell you a lame excuse of what your order is not ready... But to calm you down they tell you that your iscoming out of the oven right now and it will take about 10 more minutes; ok time passes and your order never comes out???????? at time is past 9:00pm and your order is barely being made). I was in an bad accident without injuries in front of this Domino's Pizza Sunday night about 1 1/2 hours before closing. Kudos... to Phoenix Fire for responding rapidly; clearing the accident scene, and restoring traffic. This allowed customers to get inand out of the Domino's parking lot safely. The movement of cars in and out of the parking lot indicated that the store wasbusy, but being run efficiently. All I did was notify an employee that my car would be towed by my insurance company during thenight. The next thing I knew, Domino's provided a sign so no one else would tow my car; provided me with a cup of iced water;;gave me two bags for personal belongings in the car, and gave be a free pizza. No one asked for a review. Kudos to Domino's,the store manager, and the store staff. It took some time to take care of the accident matters so I had time to observe thestore and interact with the employees. I left after the store closed. Gracias Domino's. Read more

Honestly I haven't been to Domino's in about 15 years. So when I saw the advertisement for the large 3 topping for$7.99 was a... great deal. Only 15 minutes from order to ready, very good. Love the crust and cooked all the way thru, a problem I've beenhaving with Little Caesars lately. My only complaint is to distribute topping more evenly. Overall very nice. Read more
