The delivery experience is lacking. The food was quoted to be delivered by 9:35pm, it came 45 minutes later after a few phone... calls and lies from the man who answered the phone, about the location of the driver. Upon arrival the food was not hot andfresh. It didn't sit well with my stomach. The store is 2 miles away. The first experience with this store was the exact same. Iwill not order from them again. "Extra Mushroom" Pizza joint cant work a pizza cutter. Tastes like the dough was old or expired. I also worked at a dominos. So... sure, I may be spoiled by my own pizzas but I expected to at least get what I paid for. Was extra mushroom with provolone. Notprovolone with 2 mushrooms per slice. Pathetic excuse for a manager. So bad that he refused to give me his name. I ordered my food at 5pm to be picked up at 6pm. Got... there at 557pm and it wasn?t even started. Manager on duty proceeds to tell me it?ll be 15 minutes. I was upset but thingshappen. Then came time for payment. This man proceeds to tell me that there?s nothing on my gift card and I needed to callnumber on back of card. I use their store phone on speaker for them to hear and clearly there was $50 on the gift card. He tellsme that he can?t get it to work on their end so I need to call corporate. I said well is there someone you can call to get yourown company?s card to work. He then attempts to get sarcastic with me and says I?ve already told you once before. I then toldhim that he in fact is no manager at all since he can?t seem to resolve this matter that stems from his own company?s system.His uniform was filled with sweat and he used his shirt to wipe his face multiple times while attempting to become sarcastic andnasty. Just got off the phone with one of the employees, didn?t catch a name. But poor customer service, I placed an order online that... said delivery time approx 25-30 mins. This order was placed around 330pm, it is now 5:30 and we have waited 2 hours now. When Icalled an hour into my wait time; I was told the driver was on the way with tons of orders. I was never expecting to wait 2hours for pizza especially when it was made and done over an hour ago. When I called the store back, someone picked up and hungup, I called back, another long wait time on the phone; and the employee argued with me about why I haven?t got my pizza.There?s no EXCUSE!! Absolutely trash Dominos. I submit an order online for delivery, they take my money and call me10 minutes later telling me... they can't deliver the food. I canceled but the refund will take several business days to process. Don't order here.Hope this place goes out of business. Read more

i work at a 5 star dominos in a different city and i wish i had ordered the hut. i had to wait 20 minutes from when the driver... left the store when the goal for overall delivery time is usually 20 minutes. specialty chicken has too much sauce on the sidesand barley any on some of the chicken, my pizza had bubbled and half of some slices have no toppings. don?t waste your time ormoney and just go with the hut Read more
5 stars for Alex the GM I spoke to on October 18th about an order I had placed and requested a refund due to poor service and... cold product due to short staffing. Just got off the phone with said manager who would not divulge his name to me on 10/25 at4:25 pm Very disrespectful, argumentative; calling me a liar basically because I had Alex?s make incorrect and my request fora refund that wasn?t processed.
