FOOD WAS WAY LATE ALMOST 2 HRS, PIZZA WAS COLD AND DRINKS WERE HOT. THE BOXES WERE MUSH BECAUSE THE SODA WAS PUT IN SAME BAG AS... THE ONCE HOT PIZZA!!!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would,Never order delivery from this dominos location.. I have been waiting for more than 2 hours... to be able by phone and it will take another 15 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and their response was that the ordertakes 2 hours in the confirmation email it says that the delivery will be made in 65 to 75 minutes which is less than 2 hoursand even so they don't bother to call to notify about delay I told her if he could check my order if it was already on the wayor what was happening and her answer was that it was already on the way that it would arrive in about 30 minutes really? If welive 5 minutes from this location, I can't believe it, lousy customer service, they should hire more responsible staff, they hadordered earlier in the afternoon and I hadn't had an experience like that. when my order finally came after 2 1/2 hours theygave me the wrong order and cold pizza wow never again. If I could give it 0 stars I would,Never order delivery from this dominos they don?t call to let you know the pizza won?t be... delivered in 30 minutes and Erika has been checking the quality for 3 hours. My names Karla & I think they?re doing an amazing job ! They?re showing up to work & getting the orders done all by themselves... behind those counters. I really appreciate the Manager MaryJane ! I understand they?re short staffed and have to cancel ordersso when I called back a few days later to reassure my refund , she proceeded to hook me up with a free pizza (wings&sodaincluded ) along with my refund . I tried to order over the phone to deliver. The woman on phone was rude to answer my question about there food then hung up.... Need to talk to your worker ???? about being respectful. Read more
