Placed online order about an hour before close time and quote was 14 minutes for delivery. The tracker showed the person... prepping the order. The tracker never updated past that point. 90 minutes later I had to conclude that the order was not comingand had never been fulfilled and that is why the tracker never updated past prepping. It was apparent that the person haddecided to ignore the paid order. When I called the store the next day to get a refund I found out that the store manager wassame name as the person shown prepping the order. It was the store manager that had decided the night before to simply ignore myorder. It was all the more obvious to me when the store manager didn't ask me any question in response to my asking for a refundon my order. I can't do business with a company that puts someone of that poor a work ethic into a management position. Read more
On the plus side this place is very close to the house. On the downside, nobody answers the phone as they're understaffed. Feel... sorry for the workers trying to keep things going. Also about 20% of the time delivery isn't available. Assuming because ofshort staff/no drivers. Lastly, would be nice to have a way to let them know we'd like a little more sauce on our pasta. Itcomes with only 'just enough' - tried putting in message in delivery instructions, tried calling (but was on hold for as long asit took for them to get the order in the oven.) This location is extremely inconsistant. When Jerri cooks the pies, they are always perfect and well-done. When Chance and... Mitchell cook them, they are raw, undercooked, and disgusting. Please train the staff here correctly or clean house if need be.Jerri seems the be the only person here who knows how to cook. Read more
Sadly the $7.99 carry out deal has changed from 3 topping pizzas to 1 topping pizzas. I can't give 5 stars any more. I still... love pizza and Dominos is predictably tasty. Read more
