Extremely rude workers, we asked for a refund because all of our food was cold, and when we asked for a refund they told us to... email the higher ups because they don?t do refunds at the store, then started being disrespectful , sandy started off withrolling her eyes because we asked for a refund. Nathan Guess told us our situation wasn?t major so he couldn?t call hissupervisor. Everything was handled every poorly, and the food was extremely cold. I work a federal job in the area on night shift. This location is the best grab and go food in the vicinity, in my humble... opinion. Reliable, and always hits the spot when I don?t pack enough food. I wish I could rate this location higher, because we've dined at two other locations and had incredible food and service. But... not here. We're always a little confused on where and who takes the order, and I always have difficulty reading overhead menus.I wish fast-casual places would have paper menus available at the entrance. When I asked the young lady behind the food part ofthe counter for a paper menu, she didn't seem to understand what I was asking for. She was very helpful in explaining the typesof baked potatoes, but she spoke top quickly for me to understand. When we went to the young man to order Pork & Beans Potatoes,he was gruff and unhelpful. The young lady did try to assist. The man at the cash register was awesome! When we got our food itwas nothing like what we had ordered at Dickey's at other locations. Short on meat, barely a tablespoon of beans on the potato.I wasn't in the mood to complain. When the nice guy at the register asked me if we liked our meal, I responded with honesty thatit wasn't what I was expecting and seemed very short on ingredients. They were very insistent on communicating to fix theproblem, but again, I just wasn't in the mood for conversation. (This was my first good meal out in 3 weeks after recoveringfrom Covid.)
