At our company meeting today we all got to eat cold food as well as an incorrect order. When I called to discuss the fact that... they incorrectly packaged our food the owner didn?t really care only offered a small percentage off the next order. Thislocation has done this plenty of times. We will all be requesting IHOP or a different location. Read more

Do not order pick up I ordered Nachos and got stale chips overly melted shredded cheese and meat in a separate container no... condiments at all. Just disgusting. Eat in you may have a better experience. Read more
First off, I ordered an omelette, it came with almost no cheese and very little filling it was pretty much just a folded egg... with some insides. Second, there was a lumberjack slam ordered with eggs over medium and the eggs we're still white and runny!Lastly, we tried to order some mozzarella sticks and they didn't have any, so, in substitute we ordered the loaded tots on theappetizer menu which were recommended by our waitress, they were burnt, taste of old cooking oil and we're absolutely covered ingrease! We usually love Denny's but this experience has somewhat changed my perceptive of this place. Read more
I visited the location on Thomas and i17. My server was April. She was prompt taking my order asking if everything was good. My... food was still warm and delicious. I didn?t have to ask for a refill on my drink it was already delivered before I was finishedwith my first one. I would highly recommend coming here and eating. Ask for April. Read more
Service was awful. Had 3 different people around, no silver ware or napkins for our table. Had to ask 2 different servers to get... something to drink, I hope you can see the burnt onion wings and burnt hot wings. The steak on the salad was dry and overcooked. We stayed at La Quinta on Black Canyon in Phoenix. We saw the Denny?s in the parking lot and went to have dinner, hoping for the... best. Heather was our waitress and took wonderful care of all 7 of us. Dinner was great, we were so happy! We went back in forbreakfast before we left town. Once again, the food was perfect, not a broken yolk, just as we ordered! And Beth was the perfectwaitress. A great place for a meal any time! Read more
