I went in on a busy Friday morning. I was surprised when our ordered came out pretty quickly. You could tell everyone was... working as a team. Food was delicious and our waitress Deonda was professional and friendly. Keep up the great work guys! Read more
The customer service was ridiculous. I waited in the front with my party for about 5 minutes before anyone greeted us. After... being sat at a table we waited another 7 minutes before meeting our server. She was nice, of course. The amount of time we hadto wait for our beverages and our food was unnecessary since the restaurant was not busy at all. I will have to say it waspretty delightful when the server spilled ranch on my friend and took the napkin from under her silverware to clean her up. Therestrooms were a great treat as well. That is if you enjoy stepping on toilet paper and what I would like to assume was water.To end the experience the cashier at the front definitely wasn't having a great day. The only words that came out of her mouthwere "cash or card." Management needs to assess their employee's work ethic and maybe provide a crash course on customerservice. I will not be returning to this Denny's, again. My son did enjoy his bacon and sausage though so there's that. Read more
This Denny's location has been in the valley for 30 plus years. The inside is clean and organized.Also been completely remodeled... since my high school days. Lol.Tonight my boyfriend and I did a last minute Denny's Date Night we arrived about midnight. Alexcatered to our every need. That was a bonus especially since we were one of his four tables there. Alex was friendly & patientwhen we couldn't decide what to order. Finally decided on the Endless Breakfast which consists of pancakes hashbrowns and cheesyscrambled eggs for $6.99 (my bf got two orders), the Bourbon Chicken Skillet and the delicious Strawberry Pan Puppies ( donutholes filled with white chocolate and strawberries plus a cream cheese frosting. ) Kudos for Alex, he kept our cup full of freshcoffee , checked up on us constantly and was a delight to make small talk with. Great people at this Denny's. I come in often before work. Service can be a little quicker at times, but other than that, they... do just fine for me. Well done. I will say though, that they should dry the tables after they get through with cleaning, butstill great folks here. Read more
We had a great experience. When we arrived, it was really busy, however the manager still acknowledged us and said he would be... with us shortly, and they were. Our server was busy with a party of 12, so Margie went above and beyond to help out her coworker. She was very attentive and did a GREAT job. Her customer service was amazing! Thank you Margie.????
