Nathan was a amazing chef..he prepared my Louisiana chicken sandwich to perfection. And quickly!! I'd definitely have it again!... My first visit at this location and it took a few minutes to be seated because they thought I was picking up a to go order. No... biggie. There was a short wait for the food but it was well worth it. I walked in, my waiter seated me at a table and it had something sticky on the seat and my shirt kept getting stuck. Then when... we ordered food the waiter had no notepad and didn?t even bother asking how we wanted our eggs etc. then 10 mins later he comesand tells us to cash out and pay. I would t even give this location a star but had too. Waited over 40 minutes for take out. You would think waited that long the... food better be good. Very disappointed food was disgusting, fries were stale, burgers were cold, hash browns were burnt, crepedrenched in oil. Gross. All the food is drenched in oil. Waste of your money. I wouldn?t recommend going to this location onI-17/ Bell Rd . Needs new management and definitely good cooks. Hope it shuts down soon. Need better quality restaurants in thearea. Read more
If you're looking for a review on food remind yourself you're eating at Dennys. I wanted pancakes so I went to go get pancakes.... I was immediately greeted and asked where I want to sit I chose the bar. I feel you get the best service sitting at the barsince the staff can't run away. Coffee and water flowed non stop and the meal came in under 10 mins. I was asked if I neededanything by three different employees and another server who wasn't mine saw that I needed a napkin and got me some quickly. Very busy for a lot of open tables. Sat in the bench in front of the restaurant for about 25 minutes when I asked if they had an... outlet where I could charge my phone Dave you put me on the counter asking what I wanted to drink and I still haven't got it. Went here for breakfast today. Clean environment. Friendly staff it was amazing. I had the caramel banana pancakes so happy... those are back. The host was nice was smiling and our food was hot! This was the best visit. We even saw a manager helping andshe refilled our coffee. It's wonderful to see how great it is now. Read more
