Love this location, they are always friendly and never mess up my order--which is why I go here and not the one right by my... house. Got my usual deluxe chili cheese fries with Xtra tomatoes & sour cream (yum!!), and tried the chips and guac. Very friendly and fast service, but we got a huge amount of tacos and all of the crispy tacos were totally soggy and smashed... together. I'm sure had they not been smashed together before they got in bag and all grouped and when then later back they wouldhave been awesome. All the taco toppings were there & the order was correct. I placed an order via the Del Taco app. After going through the drive through and picking up the order, I arrived home (15... miles away) to notice the order was not mine. I called and the manager asked me to come back to have the order corrected. Iwent back the next day and without hesitation, the order was made properly. So, even though there was a mistake made initially,the manager showed great customer service and handled the situation well. Read more
This Del Taco has some of the best shakes in town, way better than mcdonalds down the street. Dining room is open and clean.... Super friendly staff will come back for more food soon!! Read more
9 cars deep and took me 19 minutes to get through the drive-thru during lunch while two employees were standing in the parking... lot smoking, wouldn't it be best to go when the line is empty?! Driving there and driving back I had a total of 20 minutes leftfor lunch, very unhappy! In addition, instead of saying I'll be with you in a minute... how about saying Welcome! Pretty sad that a brand new location already doesn't care about the quality of their food. We ordered 5 tostadas and 2 tacos.... All 5 tostadas looked like the pics. The beans were cold, congealed and just plopped on there.. The tacos were ok minus the meatwas cold as well Read more
Let me start by saying that this is not a review based on a single visit. I work down the street and this is the only Del Taco... in the area. I have gone through the drive-thru more than 10 times at this location. This is being very kind since they havemade my order correctly ONCE. No matter what I order, it will be wrong. I don't order things in a custom way. There is no excusefor getting this wrong. Today there was not one single other customer there so they can't use the "busy" excuse. There is alwayssome thing made wrong, missing or something in the bag that I didn't order. Also, why ask how many sauce packets you want ifthey are only going to give half of what you ask for? I have told them 5 times now that the menu price is different between the2 menus but that doesn't matter to management. This is a very poorly run location. It is really is too bad that this is the onlyone in the area. I wish you could give ZERO stars on these reviews. Read more
