It's only 735pm and I came here because it's taco Tuesday. The doors locked and employees cleaning inside, there no store hours... or anything outside to tell customers the hours. I just saw 4 customers do the same thing I did. Try to open the door, it's lockthen look inside, and finally walk away! Sauce packets come out of the employees paychecks directly? Or has the manager decided that I specifically am not allowed any... packets of sauce. The old lady at the drive thru window will ask if I want sauce MULTIPLE TIMES and then either doesn?t give meany sauce or deliberately gives me the wrong sauce and only a packet or two. Young lady was slow& disorganized. Returned today(07/17/2022) Got in just before dining room closed@2000,ordered,sat&ate. One of... the female employees was continually harassing another female customer that the dining room was closed& she needed to leave sothe employee could sweep& mop because she had to punch out@ 2030. The customer asked if she could finish her food, that she wasalmost done& the employee continued with her harassment. I was finished with my meal, stood up to leave& the employee started inon me. I told her I was finished& was leaving& I heard everything she told the other customer. Before I exited I did speak tothe manager& brought the incident to her attention& the manager said she would speak to her employee. Very poor diningexperience!!! Read more
I love del taco; however, this specific location is terrible! The women there are always rude to me with an extreme attitude and... today I?m 85% sure they have spit in my food. FOR NO REASON! Today they are all young and are being subliminal as hell laughingsaying ?do it? and pointing their cell phone at me while I?m sitting in the lobby. They?re all talking to one another aboutsomething and go by the door with keys when they see I?m on google reviews. That is DISCUSTING. There should SERIOUSLY be newowners for this del taco ASAP!!!!! i purchased some tacos and nachos from this location (11/1/22) and the shells/ chips were so old, the odor that came from them... out powered the smell of the food. im not sure if they fry their shells there or if they come pre-packaged but either way theysmelt and tasted gross ???? out of 6 tacos i purchased for my kids, only one was bitten out of (which got thrown away along withthe nachos).
