This location is a hot mess. I had ordered 2 bean tacos, 2 Beyond guacamole tacos, and fries (requested to be well done). The... fries I received were cold and stale, definitely not well done in the slightest. I brought them back, and the girl apologizedand cooked up a new batch. Again, not well done, but at least they were fresh and hot this time. After I got home, I noticed oneof the Beyond tacos had cheese (it's not supposed to have any by default). It looked like they had accidentally sprinkled somein there and then tried to pick it out because there were only a few shreds, and my other taco didn't have any. Not great foranyone who's lactose intolerant. On top of that, the Beyond meat was overly salted, to the point that it wasn't edible, and itwas cold on top of that. The guacamole was also browning and clearly been sitting out all day. Since they were all inedible, Idecided to see if the bean tacos were any better and found that they had forgotten my 2nd taco. I've never seen a location thatnot only served obviously old food but also messed up the order this badly. Definitely not convinced this location passes anysort of food inspection. Read more
On my last visit I noticed that this was perhaps the cleanest restaurant of any caliber that I've ever seen. I don't know if... its because they just don't get much inside traffic due to the neighborhood where everyone drives and is too lazy to walkinside, but still the staff here must be really on top of their game. I love Del Taco, and this particular store is on its way back after a really ugly period during the pandemic. I would love to... see this location freshened up a bit, but they are back to producing the excellent fast-food tacos and burritos that always putsTaco Bell to shame. Read more
Unfortunately today was less than spectacular. We ordered 2 snack quesadillas with extra cheese. We ended up with empty... tortillas, no cheese, no sauce, nothing. The fish tacos were over cooked and dry. When I tried to contact I couldn't getthrough and the Feedback on the app just crashes. Very disappointed. Read more
I'm not sure if my order was an honest mistake or a cost savings technique but both of the spicy chicken burritos I ordered had... about 2-3 pieces of chicken at the top to make them look normal, but after the first bite there was nothing but beans in theburrito. I would not return. Read more
I do not like to give a bad review over just one visit. Now after a full year and consistently being disappointed. I have... decided to do the right thing. The employees here at this location seem untrained and as if they do not want to be there. Thedrive thru service is the worst. I typically have to return because something went wrong with the order. I truly believe thatthis Del Taco has a lot of potential and I really want to support it. They just need to step up their service and quality. Read more
I stopped by here every time I go to home depot. Every visit is an experience. It's like a grab bag.. once I hand you the bag... you can't wait to see what's inside. Good thing I got three tacos this time because two of them hardly had anything in it. Onepicture shows a little more than normal meat but hardly any cheese. The other photo shows less than normal meat hardly anylettuce and, I guess more cheese. The first one had a lot of lettuce, barely any meat and no cheese.
