Ok fish dinner. Nicely prepared, fries not as good. Much better elsewhere on the fries, i.e., McDonald's. Fish way better here... tho. Try it, but be prepared for inflationary higher prices. Burger Mania on Bell Road far superior than all the rest in thispart of Phoenix. Read more
I normally don't write reviews about fast food restaurants but, I can't help it. I've been coming to this location since January... and I honesty want to say that the people who work here are the ABSOLUTE best! There is a woman, Andrea who takes my order isvery sweet and warm. What a shame! Stopped to the drive thru to get something sweet on the way home from a long day at work. Decided to order a... concrete mixer which BY NAME means they are supposed to be THICK! First I ordered mine with Salted caramel and cashews. Whengiven the total, it was quite a bit more than the price on the menu. When I asked why I was told the cashews were $1 more upcharge even though. There were no prices for the cashews listed with the mix ins and when I told the girl that she said really,I will have to tell someone that? She gave me the same total again and would not change the price. I then paid at the window andasked why I was charged for the cashews as well as it being one of my included mix ins, the answer was great. Oh that doesn?tcount as a mix in, you can get another one of those too! Why wasn?t I told that when I ordered? At that point I said just giveme my order. Well I got my CONCRETE mixer only to be really dissatisfied again when I went to use the spoon given to me anddidn?t get any ice cream but a SOUPY MIX OF CHOCOLATE AND CASHEWS! What a joke, nothing about this visit was good and there wasno interest by the girl that handled the transaction. Last time I will be going there! Read more
I ordered two fish dinners, they were out of Cole slaw, asked if I wanted more French fries, I had been waiting and wasn't... paying that much attention, I did not want any more French fries, they should of taken something off my bill, or give me acredit (in hindsight). The fish and fries were good, just thought customer service could of been better. Read more
It was a pleasure to eat here. My husband and I enjoyed eating here. The Deluxe Basket was delicious, and Culvers served the... best spicy chicken sandwich I have eaten in a while. Their custard is also very tasty. The staff brought the food to us andwere very polite and efficient in serving us. They are pleasant people, which made our experience more enjoyable. I want topersonally thank the owner for inviting me to check out her restaurant. She did an excellent job with the idea of how therestaurant should be run. Read more
Love their custard ice cream. The flavor of the day was turtle, essentially a turtle sundae in a cup. Single scoop is plenty. My... husband liked the double bacon cheeseburger, but thought there wasn't much bacon and that 2 patties was too much food. Read more
