Food court is the slowest out of any costco ive ever been to. Every time i come here it takes 15+ min for a simple order.
Called in an order for 2 pizzas and had a 45 minute wait, ok, was the weekend- understandable. The girl who took my order was... kind and friendly. We got there just on time and paid and told they needed 15 more minutes for the order. Added a couplechicken bakes and waited for the pizzas. Horrible customer servicr in food court. I ordered a pizza ahead by phone. I get there they can't find my order. Im guessing... they just ignore it. I provided my name and last digits of my phone number. The lady tells me i have to wait another 30min causeof there mistake Read more
Orders Costco pepperoni two of then. Found the number on line. Orders then sone in twenty minutes. Picked up at the Costco food... court and payed cash 22:10. Give or take the price. Got home for dinner and the family loves it. Read more
