Ice cream was delicious. The store itself was filthy. The tables were dirty, the trashcan was full with trash on the floor. The... windows had hand prints all over, the floor has not been mopped for a good amount of time you can see black gunk starting tobuild up. They still had some of their Christmas decor up. The employees seemed overworked and stressed not very welcoming. Icecream labeling was very unorganized looked like someone just threw the labels in there. I think you guys need some work here Iwould suggest maybe professionally cleaning and employee training, maybe Steve Weightman needs to talk to the franchise owner. Read more

Half of the employees were not wearing gloves and when he went to hand me my daughters ice cream I asked a different employee to... make it because I watched the dude put his fingers in the ice cream. Updated from 1 star to 5 stars. As mentioned below, "ice cream is always good". So it's really all about the service. Tonight... the gal was pleasant and happy to serve. Past review: (1 star) Ice cream is always good and most employees are great. Tonightshowed up 5 min before closing and the guy said "we're closed". I said it's not 10 yet. He said "yeah well the stone is all wetbut if you just want a plain scoop I can do that". So if you show up during business hours, don't expect this employee to serveyou when it's near quitting time. Very rare that I would show up minutes before closing. But it happens. I reiterate that allthe other employees are always helpful. Read more
