Came with my 10 year old to get 4 ice creams and Romina attended us. Lady with pink hair, very rude. I felt as if I was... bothering this young lady. For every cup I ordered she tossed it on the counter right in front of her, I had to reach over tograb them. Romina does not have good customer service, Ice cream was delicious i just wish I felt more welcomed rather thanbothering the EMPLOYEE that is getting PAID to do there job. Read more

Went in to get a quart of ice cream but the ones taking the orders were doing other things when I got there took them a while to... notice me than one person finally came up to me and asked me what I wanted I said I wanted a quart of ice cream she got it forme and asked me what I wanted like I know it comes with 4 toppings but she didn't want to put anything in I had to point it outand than they were all like yeah you are right on top of that they were wearing the headphones and touching the ice cream andnot even washing there hands and than I checked my ice cream it was half way full. They didn't even offer me a bag left theoutside of it very dirty. I had to go back they did fix it but they were just rude about it I was trying to be patient andunderstanding but overall not a good experience in this store I like cold stone but won't be coming back to this location badservice and dirty. Went in when it was Busy. We were acknowledged right away, for it being a busy time of the day. The young lady and gentleman... were working great as a Team. There are plenty of flavors of Ice Cream and you can definitely customize all your toppings toyour ice cream. They also have Frozen Ice Cream cakes to candles for Birthdays. So I went in 12/12/20 and ordered a "Everybodys" in the Mario Super Birthday Blast signature creation( THE TUB OF ICECREAM ON... THE RIGHT SIDE) The girl that took my order ran out of blue frosting so she went to the back and asked another employee to makeher more, but once she got it she didn't add it to my ice-cream. (*if I order a signature creation I expect to get a signaturecreation*) when I got home I noticed it tasted diffrent and looked nothing like the Marios Super Birthday Blast creation so Igave the store a call and was able to speak to the manager. He was very nice and understanding, he said I can come by the storeand he would have a remake ready for me to pick up, (BUCKET ON THE RIGHT SIDE) When I got to the store he was busy finishing upan order, but still managed to greet me (: I told him we spoke on the phone and he said "Yes Karla !, here you go enjoy" he wasvery humble and went above and beyond with the blue icing !
