Staff has terrible attitudes and don't listen to customers. Tried secretly speaking in Spanish to each other, but were surprised... to find out that my boyfriend also speaks Spanish. DO NOT recommend this location. Extremely messy behind the counter and thestone looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. I had every intention of leaving a sizable tip because I had so many ice creamorders for my whole family, but with the service we received, I quickly skipped the tip option. The staff there is amazing!! They are so kind and courteous as well as very professional. Both of the females here are patient,... hardworking and do great under pressure I was astounded at how busy it was! Also the Lucky Charms shake was out of this world!It was so falvorful and delicious!! I was amazed at how they made it taste exactly like the cereal. 100/10 for sure!!! I don?t normally write reviews but if I could give ten stars I would!! My nephew has sensory issues from his autism so textures... of foods can make him sick. He wanted to try a new ice cream but one of the toppings messed with his sensory issues. When weasked if he could get a different one Liberty P. our checker replaced his ice cream free of charge at the same size and evenoffered to let us get other toppings on the side since his new ice cream, one he knew he liked, had less toppings then we werecharged for initially. I generally love Cold Stone, but this location is just gross. It is DIRTY. The containers for the icecream are covered in dust.... The counter is covered in dust. It made me concerned about using the spoon they gave me. Aside from that they have the freezerturned down too cold. It makes the icecream extremely stiff. Read more
Jessie hooked it up!! ?? Hadn?t been to a Cold Stone in a longgg time. Jessie was friendly & helpful. Although there was no... Rocky Road in sight, she had no problem making me some. Only cons- the bathroom was out of order & it was pretty warm in herefor a summer day. Even for the employees! AC could go down some.
