I love Coldstone and probably treat myself to a pint of my favorite ice cream at least once a month. I like others find it... convenient to order online but find this location does not make it the the same. Everytime a place an online order I feel like Inever get what I pay for. I paid 14.47 for a pint w/ extra toppings. I should have stuck with a Gotta have it and saved myself 4dollars because that's what I got, although it's not what I paid for. When you go in there depending on who is workingdetermines the amount of product that you receive. They have not been taught to measure the correct amount based on the size ofthe order, they eyeball it and depending on who you have that vision is very small. I've been a couple of times trying to getwhat I'm used to and I'm very disappointed because I'm just not getting it. I guess this will be my last treat. On toScooptacular on 51st avenue and baseline You can pay 8 dollars for a Sunday. PREVY Happy customer DISAPPOINTED. Maybe you guysshould get some scales and put a weight on it so everybody's is even. Do yourself a favor definitely don't order online anddon't spend the money for this ice cream You don't get what you pay for, the I've cream is soft, and the staff could use alittle customer service training. Disappointed in quality and level of service. I ordered a Cake Batter Batter Batter ice cream and they got 2 out of the 3... ingredients wrong and refused to refund or replace the ice cream. We also ordered waffle bowls, which were stale. Read more

I always get Cookie Minster with Reese's and my husband gets Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip with M&Ms. We usually enjoy them... very much. This place, however, always arrives semi-melted. They also come in party cups wrapped with clear wrap and no lids. Read more
Must be a trend at Cold Stone that they buy cheap blenders that constantly break and take away the ability to make shakes.... Second Cold Stone in the area that's had the blender issue. Read more

It was... on our way back from Lost Dutchman State Park and Goldfield Mine Ghost Town to Phoenix. Quite convenient in a shopping mall by EBaseline Rd. 1 for cleanliness 1 for fast workers in general the people in back or doing pick up seemed focused and hard at work. As well as... the lobby girl 1 for amazing ice cream I didn't get much as a kid expensive ice cream like this is luxury The location is nicetoo, it's main stream stores aka Target Ross Starbucks then across the street Walmart Petsmart and more. 2 points away forsloppy verbal communication and leaving me standing around not saying anything. Love cold stone! My son has a nut allergy so I let Ivan know about his allergy before he started our order and he asked Beth to... guide him through the correct way of serving to an allergic costumer. She was so nice and quick to help. They used all cleancontainers and spoons to mix our order. They were both so kind and friendly. Our ice cream was great! I really hope to see themthere again soon.
