Can't get my Frys card to work to get my fuel points. Tried two different pumps. No paper towels outside by the windshield... fluid. Unleaded price is same as another station down the road but mid level plus is .07 cents higher which I need. Goingsomewhere else. Drove here to use my Frys points. Read more

This is my neighborhood store which I frequent with my daughter. My daughter has Autism and loves to shop here where she feels... independent. Staff has always been patient and amazing with her. However, that was not the case today with Jessica. There was alot of confusion over my daughter's Sip N Save acct. The more impatient Jessica became with my daughter, the more anxious mydaughter became, therefore making it difficult for her to understand what was happening. Shoot, I didn't understand what washappening! I had to step in and it ended up becoming heated between myself and Jessica when this little know-nothing gal told methat 'maybe I shouldn't put my daughter through it'...WHAT?? I have raised my daughter for over 40 years! And the wholemisunderstanding was on Jessica's part to begin with. She was just plain rude and WAY out of line. So I ended up just walkingout rather than causing a scene that surely would have resulted in law enforcement being called. It will be very easy to shopat another neighborhood store instead... I never go out of my way to leave a negative review but today I am. The clerks were rude a Native American fellow and older... white lady with short blonde hair- both refused their info so I could speak with mgr about their conduct and how the representedcircle k. There were no clerks to help the long line of customers and when I asked the female if someone could help she stated?you need to wait for your clerk? talk about poor customer service when you get paid do that very thing! In the middle oftalking with this clerk that refused to help anyone that was in line , the native fellow walks out yells ?everyone needs to calmdown or I won?t help you? that?s the kind of people this place hires . ?? You ask for help and they refuse , then has enoughnerve to threaten the people with ?we won?t serve you?? This is a huge embarrassment to have people such as these working foryour company. Will not be returning to this store- people work hard for what they have to be treated with such disrespect. Read more

I don't know how this store manages to stay open. Constant line out the door, rude clerks and just plain trashy. I live two... blocks away and spend a lot at this store but not any more. I'll drive the half mile to QT Read more

IF YOU WANT COVID COME HERE! They don't care mask or not I was in there about 5 people without it even their delivery guy for... like sandwiches had no mask on! Not even following guidelines and the employee's could care less about it too, employee evenheard me saying it and didnt care just looked at me. And the last times I came here if you don't have the exact change they willthrow the change at you too.... like im sorry that your job includes cashier thats what you sign up for with your job. If I could give negative stars I would. I have had them ring up too many items, just to go back and have it corrected by the... manager the next day, because no one is there to correct it right after they did it. Another experience had them charge my card,tell me it declined, then when I showed it to the sales clerk that it hit my account, call me a liar, and threatened me. Thecorporate offices need to find out just what is going on in their stores here. I will now drive further to Quick Trip just tomake sure I actually have service that is correct, and the staff is capable of doing things right the first time. I'm doneCircle K. Read more

Air and water machine review. Card reader broken. Went inside clerk gave me $1.50 in quarters. Placed in machine. Machine took... all and did not function. Went back inside. Other clerk says he should have warned you. Update 11-18-19. 2 Pumps not working. Read more
