Using the Cinnabon app, I ordered Cinnabons for delivery the day before Thanksgiving (11/23) for a fun breakfast on... Thanksgiving. The order was $47 after tip. It didn?t send me tracking information, but did send me texts saying my order wasleaving the store, about to arrive, etc. After receiving a text saying the order was about to arrive, and a notification on theapp that my ordered was complete, I went to grab my order, but it wasn?t there. After checking my ring, it never arrived. Itried to contact support on the app but it said if I had an issue with my order, I must call the store. So I called the storeand spoke to the manager. Basically he told me that delivery drivers keep stealing orders and it?s hurting all businesses butthat there was nothing he could do. He said he wouldn?t refund my order but that he was deeply sorry. I am confused as to howthis is hurting his business if he doesn?t have to refund me. After begging for my money back, he promised to call me beforethe night ended because they were very busy and said ?I promise I will make this right and you will have your Cinnabons forThanksgiving?. Not only did he never call, but I didn?t have Cinnabons on Thanksgiving and I?m still out $47. I filled forfraud on my bank account under ?paid for services/merchandise that I never received?. Bought my cinnamon roll and enjoyed it with some chocolate milk. Made fresh so it was delicious.

Took forever even though we were the only customers. Not fresh at all. Had to ask to have it warmed up. Still stale.

I placed 2 online orders through the app and someone went to pick them up. They have not gave them one of the orders and made... them pay for another one. When I spoke to the girl there she was so unprofessional and lied stating the person that picked upone order refused to pick up the other one and it was already paid for. I asked for a refund a she said she couldn?t refund me.I told the girl I would call back and when I did she never answered and kept sending me to voicemail. I am so disgusted withCinnabon I will be filing a formal complaint against this location! ******UPDATE******* I went back up there to pick up theorder they never gave my friend yet again driving 30 min to get there, since they refused to answer my calls. When I get therethey changed their story of handing both orders to my friend, to him only showing a receipt for one even though he gave them myname. I requested a refund and the Hispanic girl in the pink shirt refused to refund us and said that?s our problem we boughtanother item and not there?s, mind you it was just purchased 1hr ago and never touched and I was well within Cinnabons 30dayrefund policy. They became threatening and I had to call 911 to come and assist me, one of the girls had 3 Hispanic malessurrounding my family and I. I asked her for her name and she refused to provide it even when the police asked( yes the policehad to be called for our protection) She finally called her boss and they told her to refund me but she still refused to refundmy online orders. She then lied again saying the order had been refunded to our card and gave Us no receipt or cash, because wepaid with a $20 bill! My friend reminded her of it and she looked at the receipt again, then issued change. This was completelyunnecessary and lacked customer service all the way around! I bout 3 cinnabons and I only received 2! I originally wanted 4 but they wouldn't give me 4 fresh ones the lady pointed to a... pre-made box that had been sitting out. I tried calling them several times with NO answer. Always check your bag before you walkaway. Read more
