It's been 7 months since I have been back to this location and church's in general. I previously rates a 4 and today down to a... 3. My order was the wrong order and did not realize until I got home. Done and done check your order before leaving the line andor parking lot. One they charged me extra for Mac n cheese but said they were out! Like if thats the case change it in my total.When I returned I was just annoyed. People like me order "Family meals" for the convenience after a long day of work, pickingkids up from daycare, dealing with traffic and ect just to have an order wrong is ridiculous. And in order to correct the orderI had to give back what was wrong?! How about I just keep it since you messed up. How about I keep it since it's already been inmy home? Is the establishment throwing it away yet promoting help the hungry or they going to reuse food that has already comeand gone. I am over this location that is for sure. Wasted my time. They have a new flavor of chicken that is not breaded and deep fried but you can?t buy it without the mashed... potatoes. No online ordering at this location so I wasted my time going through the drive thru. I told them to keep it. Went toPollo Loco instead. Read more
This location (24th/Broadway) seemingly has the freshest tasting chicken then others here in the city. The location appears... clean inside and outside. The staff has always been courteous, quick, and productive. Read more
Ordered uber eats. Churches turned them away after the driver arrived and claimed to be closed at 9:28, then cancelled the order... on the drivers phone. This counts as a bad mark on the driver and makes it so I may not get a full refund if one at all, whilealso reassigning the order to another driver who will unfortunately also have a mark against them. This is by far the worst churches in arizona. I have never received my order in its entirety. I have never gotten it correctly.... Do your best NOT to order from this place. At all. I thought it was just delivery at first, but even going in there in persondoesnt guarantee you any quality food. Please, go somewhere else. KFC, lolo's, anywhere else.
