Had a door dash order and I was the only one in line and the didn?t have the order ready, saw 2 employees order alcohol on the... clock while I was still waiting and more cars came. After about 10mins they finally put the order together and handed us theorder with the correct name. Just to find out it was the order , nothing they ordered was in the bag. This location keeps all the lights out. The order station is off. They're open but nobody wants to serve customers. I feel like... they intentionally don't want to work. I left the window after a few minutes of being ignored. Read more
The area is in the best obviously if you're from Phoenix you know that there is more addicts than normal but the establishment... is fairly ran and the chicken I received wasmt to my expectation so I went back and they exchanged it after I had to speak tothe manager to explain the issue she explained that she did have to talk to me because it cuts into their food cost I told her Iunderstood that but I also did not want to get my children sick who were eating it so she did that and was fair. They gave it to me HOT & FAST. They don't have honey for your biscuit. 9/16 Went in to get dinner. Some lady complained and... stood there for 10 minutes waiting for something. No one tried to take my order so I left. No more chicken take out. Read more
Please avoid this Church?s chicken franchise. It is the worst I?ve ever had. Chicken is not good, greasy and very salty.... Service is lackluster. Coleslaw is good. Okra taste institutional. Shout out to the workers because it was only 2 or 3 people working the drive thru line but they were moving. I did not have to... wait long at all. But next time please be more heavy handed when you are putting the honey on the biscuits. Read more
I don?t know how this place has gotten so many good reviews. The employees are not at all welcoming. When we went up to... order(there was no line)our cashier didn?t say a word and made us wait a few minutes before even making eye contact. We boughtfries simply so we could use the restroom and though we were both hungry we threw them away after trying them. They tasted likethey had been over fried in old oil. Definitely wouldn?t recommend. Read more
