Church?s chicken is church?s chicken so that?s gonna be tasty but the customer service seams to be get hard to get anywhere... lately and this place unfortunately was no exception the employees were not happy one but and not pleasant to any of thecustomers we saw inside not just us. So tasty! We ordered the family chicken tender meal with the honey biscuits and everything was delicious! Definitely recommend.
Their online menu is incorrect. Doesn't Iist 2 pc combo and to add cheesy jalapenos is $2.99, not the online quote of an... additional .30?¥¥ (big difference). I love their spicy, crunchy fried chicken and this place has the best chicken on this sideof town. KFC can't match this. Church's also makes the best biscuits and has the freshest, juiciest jalapenos. Their drive thruspeakers are somewhat garbled, and you must both verbally and visually double check your order BEFORE leaving. Lately, thisplace hasn't been doing a great job in mixing their soda mixes or having enough spicy white cooked meat on hand. And, wuzup withtheir wings? You get a breast w a beat up looking arm. This restaurant used to be the only place you could buy a (whole), wing.The majority restaurants sell you a wing piece (wingette) for a whole Wing price! They also really push their mashed potatoesover French fries, so again double check your order. Omg, I went here last week. They were closing 2 hrs early, because ofshort staff, and only had chicken sandwiches available. I agreed to kill my craving. That sandwich with Chipotle sauce wasgross. I came into the store tonight as I have many other nights, I found your # 5 chicken sandwich and fries a quick meal and every... single time I've walked into that store, nobody greets me, looks at me, acknowledges me, for at least 5-10 minutes EVERY time.Now tonight, I waited the usual 5-10 min without so much as a look, then the guy Alex came to the register, I thought to take myorder, but literally looked right passed me to help someone who had trouble in the drive through, that had come inside, all thatbeing said, I was finally helped and I ordered a #5 with fries, as usual and an extra sandwich, which we waited quite a whilefor, one of the sandwiches was too hot to eat and the other was almost cold and stiff, and here's the real issue, there were 11fries in there if I'm being honest, I took a pic, my fiance ate two of the fries, so there were 13 to start with, I asked Alexwas that really all the fries we were getting and if maybe he just wasn't paying attention and made a mistake, he assured methat it was indeed the right size of a regular fries and showed me with the fry scoop thing, I thought that he would offer more fries, considering my dismay, but no, just tried to convince me that this amount of fries was indeed the correct amount, anddidn't offer to remake them or offer anything for them, as they were hard and cold, I felt that there should have been bettercustomer service, instead I left a dissatisfied customer with no intention of returning, because the customer service is ALWAYSlacking and with my issues tonight, being of no concern to your employees, I don't feel like I was taken care of on any level.
