Told Both restroom were out of order, probably because they don't want to clean them, I said I only wanted to wash my hands and... they said the water don't work. Also soda machine is not working. I'm highly disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a 3 piece meal. 1 leg, 1 wing and 1 breast. I ordered thru uber... eats. I get my order, noticed I received a thigh instead of wing.my personal preference is I don't like or eat thighs. I calledthe location to rectify the situation. Thamara answer the phone. She was viciously rude. She lied about not seeing my request.When clearly it's on my uber eats receipt. Then she gets hostel and tells me to bring the piece of chicken thigh back. "Justknow you'll get one piece of chicken upon returning the thigh". Thamara was not trying to understand what I was saying. I Paid$12. for a 3 piece meal plus a $5 tip. She is giving me 24 hours to return a piece of chicken. SMH! They will get their chickenthigh. All I wanted was for her to say. We value you as a customer. They had no sides except Coleslaw & Mashed Potatoes w/Gravy ???????????? I personally love the Corn that they have and to tell... me their none ???????????? that's how I felt !!! Does not follow directions of their customers? even if they are typed clearly on the bag.. has no concern for a paying customer?... proper training and compassion training.. would fix this issue? I paid an extra four dollars in tax I hope this goes towardslearning! Read more
