Brian, long tied hair cashier, was extremely rude. He lacks what a good cashier needs. He has a terrible and plain attitude, he... did not repeat my order, and I had to basically bug him for sauces. If he is working there, I do not recommend. Read more

Literally 0 customer service. I feel like McDonald?s has better service than here. Please listen to the reviews and if you wanna... come here check your food prior. Please do not eat at the 43rd and Thomas location. I ordered the three piece Texas meal. The food was so old that I could not... eat it. It was old grease and cold and hard. The orka was hard as balls. I tried calling the location back and they did notanswer the memory was full. Read more
First of all, if i could give them a negative star I would. This place is the worst of the worst. First of all, they take... forever to give you your order. I had to wait almost 20 minutes before I could order. Then it was another 20 before I receivedmy order. I happily went home, only to find out i was given a half empty container of coleslaw when I had ordered a large size.I then opened the Mac and cheese and i was again disappointed to find out it was burnt and dry. I normally don't complain butthis has been one too many times. I decided to go back to request a fair and edible portion of Mac and cheese and coleslaw forwhat i had paid. I had to wait another 20 minutes in the drive thru before the cashier listened to my complaint. I was simplyasking for a fair and edible portion of Mac and cheese and coleslaw. The cashier was rude and violently snatched the containersof coleslaw off my hand and told me that was the portion for the size i paid. I then requested for the manager on duty, a ladyin the back yelled at me'I'm the manager in a rude and demeaning tone. I explained to her the situation and the entire time shewas rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. She then proceeded to take the container of coleslaw and throw it out and told meshe was going to give me my money back. I, again explained i just wanted my food, to which she replied, that's what you get, nomore. I was very disappointed with the service I received and decided to just leave, as it was clear that I was not going to getanywhere given the cashier and manager's attitude. I drove away disappointed and hungry. I've been a customer for years andreally enjoy the food. However I'm sad to say I'm very disappointed and will definitely not go back to any church's chickenbecause this is horrible customer service. 1st time at this location downside we had to wait on chicken upside the chicken was fresh and so was the biscuits and the pop... was not watered down so it was a good visit and the manager ran the window very polite good opening and a good closing. Read more
