The food is always good, I usually order the fried okra which always has to be made fresh so it's always fresh and hot...they're... usually in such a hurry to get me my food that they don't salt them. For some reason whenever I go here I have to repeat myorder to 2-3 different people before they have it, so I took away a star for that and the long wait for my food. Also as foratmosphere, there's always trash all around and in the drive-through. Also their garbage dumpster closet is at the beginning oftheir drive-thru and they left the door open mostly blocking their drive-thru. They need to take better care of the groundssurrounding their restaurant and drive-thru. Read more

This place is a bit of a cluster. We usually wait a while to even order and once you do it might be 5 minutes to get the order... or it might be 20 minutes and then the order is seldom correct. The only reason I go is because I am sometimes jonesing for somefried chicken and Fry's is usually overdone, KFC goes through me like a freakin bolt of lightning, and the local Popeyes is anunsanitary hole. I showed up before they closed and the doors were locked. I tap on the glass and show them my phone with the time. The guy yells... to the girl mopping the floor "She's complaining already" He opens a sliding window and I asked him what do you have. He told mehe had five pieces of chicken left. I told him I would take it all. The girl mopping the floor closes her eyes and throws herhead back. Then she tells the me it's going to be very expensive. I wanted 1/2 gallon of lemonade and they where out, the only other option was tea but they were out of that too. They were also... out of ones so I got $1.75 in quarters. That wasn't a big deal but part of the management picture. Overall, the guys in thedrive thru were nice, the food was meh, and I will probably try Long Wongs next door. Read more
Chicken finger contained a foreign object that looked like a plastic baggie inbedded then fried as a chicken finger, notified... and presented this to store manager at S 35th ave location, she looked at it and offered me was a free 6 piece chicken finger. Was repulsed and no longer had an appetite for their chicken, I then asked for refund and that was declined by store manager. I will never go to this place again, their food and customer service is well below standards. Read more
After long day we decide drop by get 50 piece chicken for 15$. We got home with the box not even full, so we count it and they... were only 37 pieces. How could they missed 14 pieces ? so we called them went back, they gave us 14 pieces. the worker therethrow a box on table without saying a word. Very bad manner and rude service Read more
same as all other fastfood all over USA. These foodchains deliberately will not complete your order, missing ketchup, mayo,... mustard, etc. always they are not complete. So always check your order before leaving. And adding more unsatisfaction the foodare all dry and salty. Gone are the days, your family wants to eat on a fastfood place. I suspect the managers of these fastfoodis controlling the cost of condiments or even the food you pay for, to gain more profit. or they give bonuses to workers whenthe cost for condiments are reduced. I am just speculating why every time I buy on any fastfood, there are always missing items. Read more
