Food was okay, the Mac and cheese & mash are always good. but they charge for dipping sauce ? I didn?t know y?all were that... broke to be charging like that(all jokes aside) ????????. This place is the worst! I was trying to order and the lady was just looking at me like she couldn?t understand me. Just... disrespectful ! And they serve you as if they don?t want to. I will never go over there! I can?t be paying my money and betreated like I?m begging for food! Read more
While heading back home on our road trip, we hit the drive through for lunch. The woman working the drive through offered... absolutely no pleasantries and not even a "hello" or a "welcome". After ordering we pulled up to the window where again therewas a lack of basic customer service. It was some Indian women, not even a smile. I paid and she brought the order to the windowand left the window right after. As soon as I grabbed the bag I notice something wasn't right as I had ordered all fries so Isat there and waited. She then returned to the window and when I brought the mishap to her attention stating that we had orderedall fries, she replied stating, "No. You said you wanted mashed potatoes. " I show her my receipt and she took it by force outof my hands. She then look at me with a dirty face and said " I'll get your fries but I don't want you coming back". Then sheslammed the drive thru door at my face. Later she came back with my fries that I had ordered. After I ask her if I can speak toher manager and she said "I am the manager" and slammed the drive thru door at my face again. I was so upset how someone thisrude and crazy could be the manager and how she told me that she doesn't want me coming back, and she right I'm never comingback to this Churches Chicken ever again!!! Leaving a review because this place absolutely needs improvement. Starting with front end staff. Could definitely use some... customer service and people skills. Even a lady going thru the drive thru had to get out and come inside for a missed item. Butthe cashier was hella rude about it. Short with his words and didn?t say any kind of apology for missing the item. I felt badfor her. Edited to a 3 because the meal was great!! Read more
I came in yesterday to order a family meal for my kids, the employee that took my order was very polite and kind but some Indian... women I believe was the manager was very rude to her employees. She yell at this boy for working too slow even though the boycompleted my meal in less than 2 mins. Like how fast can this boy work, he doesn't have 6 arms!!!!! ???? Read more
I know a couple of friends who worked here and they all say the same things about the manager. They say she's "an evil,... heartless, money thieving, selfish Indian girl" who doesn't pay them the right amount money for their paycheck (even if theywork overtime) and blames everything on the workers. I don't think it's WORTH working here or even ordering here. Go to adifferent Church's Chicken, or better yet, just don't go at all. Read more
