This is one of our favorite breakfast spots. The bagels are fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. Try the protein... pancakes or the bagel with lox. The servers are always very friendly and take good care of you as well. Pro tip: sit in thebar. We used to eat breakfast at the Chompies at P.V. Mall. Drove by this location many times and we decided to visit for Brunch.... Place was amazing. I?ve been going to Chompie?s in Scottsdale since the 90?s and was thrilled to see they added a new location! It?s huge with a... fantastic indoor/outdoor bar, great big patio and the bakery is to die for! It was hopping on a Sunday afternoon on a sunny day.We loved our refreshing Peach Mimosas with peach flavored candy on a toothpick! You won?t go wrong with any of the cocktails asthey are garnished beautifully. The Bloody Mary comes with everything but the kitchen sink, including, but not limited to thelikes of bacon, olives, pickles, and more! I never go without ordering the Matzah Ball Soup with a bagel, and they always add afew bagel chips in a fun fashion on a long spoon.. I have yet to find a matzah ball this big and this yummy. There?s somethingabout the flavor that is just right and not too salty. Servings are quite large, especially the 1lb. meat sandwiches, so gohungry! Nova lox are a delicious menu staple, but be advised some lox dishes are only served Monday thru Friday. I?m soexcited to have this in my neighborhood! If you don?t dine there, at least check out the bakery with cute cupcakes that looklike Elmo, Cookie Monster, and cakes shaped like ladybugs! The Monte Cristo was out of this world!! It's like dessert in a sandwich with those strawberry preserves. Will absolutely get it... again! ???? My steak cut fries were so fresh & so flavorful. I finally made my way to the new location. It's a large space with much more space dedicated to their deli and Café area. It's... a great new location for them with much of the personality duplicated from their previous mall location. I stopped in a fewtimes during the holiday season, which is the busiest time of year for them. As a Jewish deli and restaurant, they have all thetraditional Jewish dishes and baked goods, but they also have a spectacular selection of traditional Christmas sweet treats.Their bread selection has expanded way beyond rye and those lovely bagels (far better when purchased there than those bagelsthey sell in local supermarkets). They've added several low carb and gluten free breads and cookies. The Keto-friendly rye breadis very good. The restaurant is always a great choice for those looking for some Jewish deli standards - theIr Reuben sandwhichis my go-to. They now have a larger bar seating area and a large outdoor patio. They are clearly currently working on training alot of new staff members. I do feel that over the years the commercial expansion of Chompie's has taken away from their charmand dedication to being a great deli. Read more

It?s nice that they?re finally open. The open bakery counter is a pretty nice design, but service can be Heinz ketchup slow.... They were out or low on many of the bagels we wanted. And they shorted us one bagel, even. On Wednesday, they have an extra 6bagels for free. However, that?s not quite right, as they give you a bakers dozen (13) normally. So they only give you 12+6=18,and not 13+6=19. Why not just advertise it honestly as 13+5? Got an eclair that was nice tasting. Not cheap, certainly. Out ofthe many staff members there, only one was masked. I guess I?m just too used to most food service people who interact withcustomers wearing masks. Read more
