Is it that difficult for the employees to say "Hi! Welcome in! I'll be right with you" instead of ignoring the customer for 5... minutes. Also, if the employee is wearing a mask, please speak loudly enough that the customer can hear you. I have tinnitus andif someone is speaking so softly, then I can't hear you above the ringing in my ears. Basically the food was good but thecustomer service is lacking. Read more

This was my favorite chipotle location until tonight? as I placed an online order and went to go pick it up, it was not ready... yet (no big deal). The lady at the registered told the lady at the front of the line that my order was ready to be picked up.The lady at the front of the line screams ?NO ONE CARES? and then realizes that I?m standing there and got real quiet. We allhave tough shifts but you could at least have the decency to talk smack in the back and not in front of paying customers. Read more

We like Chipotle. Sometimes the chips are stale. Not always. And they make your choices rushed. The last time we were there, the... young lady was in rushing so fast she screwed up my husband's choices Twice and had to remake. Music is too loud. All inall...Good food. Read more

I have been ordering lunch here for several people in my office every Thursday. I always add extra steak to my burrito. Today... there was less steak than would typically be on a regular steak burrito, so I guess i paid for nothing. This will be the lasttime I order from this location. I feel taken advantage of.
