Is it that difficult for the employees to say "Hi! Welcome in! I'll be right with you" instead of ignoring the customer for 5... minutes. Also, if the employee is wearing a mask, please speak loudly enough that the customer can hear you. This was my favorite chipotle location until tonight? as I placed an online order and went to go pick it up, it was not ready... yet (no big deal). The lady at the registered told the lady at the front of the line that my order was ready to be picked up.The lady at the front of the line screams ?NO ONE CARES? and then realizes that I?m standing there and got real quiet.
