Consistently for 4+ years the dirtiest food establishment in downtown Phoenix. Wether it?s trash on the ground, overflowing... trash, or a dirty food line you are guaranteed to experience one of those. I tried ordering on their website but it was glitching and not processing any payments so i had to order on door dash. Chipotle... on door dash doesn't allow special instructions or give you the option to choose extra of the side ingredients only extra meat.My burrito was meat, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. Its what i always get and they always feel like the weight of a new bornbaby. When this was delivered the whole thing fit in my hand. I'm 5'2" my hands are very small. There was virtually no lettuce.It was like eating a small meat only burrito. i even tore off half of the tortillas because it wasn't even needed. +$16 notworth it. Read more

The food was fine but this place was SUPER dirty inside and on the patio for them not to be busy. Trash on floor everywhere,... pretty much ALL the tables were dirty. The drink area was filthy it's like they didn't even bother to cleanup at all! Com'onChipotle you are better than this????????? Read more

Good food but lobby was not clean, and they weren't busy. Friendly staff, they get 5 stars. Not easy parking. If you use the... parking garage bring your ticket in for them to validate, otherwise it's $4 per hour. Outdoor seating. Read more
