I?m pretty sure my little girl got sick from this playground one of the most disgusting playgrounds. Chick-fil-A needs to clean... this. This is unacceptable. Next time I come to this location I hope the playground is clean. If not, I will leave another badreview. To add to it I spoke to the manager and he blew me off like it was nothing. Read more
This location is great because even though it is always busy, they get you in quickly and served. The food is always fresh and... tasty. I dined in this time, and there was plenty of seating area to sit. I LOVE that they have a special play area for thekids that's sectioned off so that they aren't running around like crazy lol they have their own area to play that's safe and hasplenty of safe and fun activities. The drive through is usually always busy here but they have plenty of staff on duty so youget in quicker then you'd think. I will definently come back! Read more
I go to this Arcadia location all the time and this time was my last. I was greeted with a cashier like always outside while I... placed my order but this cashier named Malakai was using his middle finger on the screen completely visible to me and I feltvery uncomfortable and angry. I told him to stop pointing his middle finger at me and he just laughed and kept doing it. Iinformed him I was going to tell his manager about the situation and drove off to the window. He literally followed me up to thewindow to listen and argue while I spoke to the manager. The manager was very young and didn't seem to care very much anddidn't give me the assurance that he was actually going to do anything about it. The employee admitted to the manager that hewas doing that and I misinterpreted it and I said if that was the case then how come when I asked you about it you just laughedand pulled it off the screen to show me again. He was very unprofessional and he was very lucky I was having a good day. Oh yeahand the manager told me he usually works inside like that meant anything. Never going to this location ever again. What can you say about a place that makes the best spicy chicken sandwich, every time we stop by. This is an American... institution, and I hope only the best things come to them. This is a top-notch franchise location, but I?ve never had a badexperience from any location I?ve been to. We love their ice dream cones and waffle fries as well. Read more
Great food with excellent service! Chick-fil-A never disappoints with their amazing service.. Employees are always friendly and... sincere. The food is always hot and fresh and served "with pleasure". The restaurant, including the lobby was clean. Therestroom was also very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing an amazing experience with greatservice! Read more
A WHOLE BUG IN MY COBB SALAD ???? I don?t know how I will ever recover from the emotional trauma of almost eating this mega... bug. I unfortunately will never be able to return to this Chick-fil-A again. I come here often.. who knows how many bugs I?veeaten without noticing. When I called to tell them about the incident the gentlemen I spoke to didn?t sound too concerned orsurprised. He did apologize. I requested a refund & he obliged although I feel more should have been done seeing as I spent mytime to drive there so I could have my lunch and ended up not having lunch at all. Tragic. This is a great establishment. The service is great. All the employees are friendly and are always helpful and they will make... sure to get the order right. My only problem with this Chick-fil-A is the parking lot... it's a nightmare to get in and out of.There is lots of heavy traffic and sometimes the drive through line is slightly in the road, and has probably caused an accidentbefore. So be careful pulling in when it's busy. The dining area is also always kept clean and all the food here tastes great. Ihave never eaten somthing that I haven't liked.
