We have been going to this location for several years now, mostly because the food preparation is generally quite good compared... to other locations. This was until yesterday. We did an in-person order last evening (8:03pm) when someone finally came to serveus (4 were there but chitty chatting amongst themselves while we stood there). Put in a fairly big order ($44) and took it home.We usually double check but were in a hurry....mistake. Condiments asked for were not there. Ordered 3 expensive salads (andother items) which are usually ok, but I had the displeasure of watching my wife pull a 6 inch blonde hair out of her throatfrom the salad she had (there are no blondes in our house). That ended it right there for all 4 of us. We will not go back tothis location and probably not visit a chick-fil-a again for who knows how long. I used to enjoy this place. However, my last visit, everything changed. They started to serve you cold fries and sandwiches that... cannot be enjoyable. On top of those, the soda is flat. Do better CFA if you want us to "eat more chicken!" Read more

I was on a call so I sat in the dining room and ordered on the app which allowed me to continue my business call and still... order. The sandwich was perfect and the pepper jack cheese seemed to be a little thicker than other locations which made thesandwich so much better some how. While I was eating there was a woman cleaning the dining room and lowering the blinds toaccommodate the guests. She even made sure each plant was back in the exact order on the tables. This particular location is often disappointing. The quality of their food is very hit or miss. It's a running joke in my family... about whether it's worth ordering the sweet tea or not. We find it's a gamble cause half the time it will taste old and spoiled. Read more
They had my order ready, though I missed them call my name, and just left it sitting on the counter. Many employees looked at me... sitting with no food and didn?t do anything. I would?ve thought nothing of it but a customer who ordered 10 min after was handdelivered his food, which made me think that my food was ready. I?d understand if the restaurant was packed, but it was not andthey had employees just sitting around. This is a good restaurant and this review does not change my thoughts on the restaurant,I just wanted to bring to attention to the small lack of attentiveness. The food is great. However the noise of the walk-in talkies in front and behind us in the restaurant made it hard to hear each... other. You could hear kids ( young adult employees playing with them and then loud static. Trash was full and tables were in adisarray. Heck even one employee sleeping at a table. This is the second worst Chick-fil-A location in the Phoenix metro area. I ordered a large spicy chicken meal and their fries... are not filled up. I asked the manager to fill it up and it is still very empty. She then proceeded to tell me they can fillabove the line. This is nonsense and their unprofessionalism does not meet CFA expectation of service. Do better Chick-fil-A, orpeople?s be eating more beef! Read more
