I have yet to have a good experience here. Maybe I?m just silly for giving them a few chances. I have come and ordered a salad... with no meat and I always get the wrong order. Today I made sure to check before I left. When I got home I was disappointed tofind that there were pieces of bacon sprinkled in there after the salad specifically says no meat. I can?t eat the salad nowbecause I cannot eat meat so it is going to the garbage. I paid $10 to get an incorrect salad from them three times. Read more
Ehh it?s a hit or miss?Ever since the remodel, mobile check in hardly ever works anymore as if the cell phone signal isn?t... already terrible in the area. So here is my twist. Take this photo and save it. Next time around when you head to Chick Fil A,have someone in the car with you scan this QR code from their phone. BadaBingBadaBoom. Long long drive thru lines no big deal so parked went inside. Placed my order for five teachers. Waited. Waited. Waited. 25... minutes later I had to ask if they'd forgotten my order. Said they were working on it. About 5 minutes later I finally got it.Got ALL the way to the school and one teacher didn't get her medium size Mac and cheese. Which I paid for and was totallyembarrassed. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing. Really bad experience at that location and will most likely notreturn. Disappointed. Read more

I was hoping the couple months of being closed was to fix the terrible drive through service, but after going today I see it... didn't help a thing, in fact I felt more disappointed because I was excited that I might be able to to now without a stressfullong trip. Thus one has always been a disaster and sadly still is. It's renovated, took out the play area, updated added acouple express lanes, which apparently are for online orders??? Well, those lanes were completely empty and as usual the onlyserving lane was jam packed blocking the road for other shoppers a in the complex. After about a half hour wait, finally gotmediocre cold food, no straws, no napkins, and dare I say I even kind of missed hearing "my pleasure" and other pleasantremarks. The employees had zero to say, maybe they dropped that practice. Didn't think I would miss it but I did. Guess justhave gotten spoiled with some of the other locations that have there drive through down to a science. This one just can't hang.Wish corporate would look into it sometime. Must avoid this location going forward, indoor dining is closed without any sign, ok thats fine at least outside should be... clean apparently i was wrong. Trash bin was full and table were gross we have to use sanitizing wipe by ourselves. I askedwaffles fries extra crispy but turned out below average standard way worse than McDonalds and Wendy's... i went back and toldone staff my fries seems not fresh and crispy as i ordered .the lady said because of covid we can't make it crispy Say WHAT ?!Everything blame covid? OH pls ...good excuse... last but not least the bug i found sit on lettuces like waivinghands...???????????? never come back this location! Read more
I always love to get me some Chick-fil-a, the chicken is always great! I haven?t really had an issues with this location. The... food is always fresh and hot and they do their best to get you in and out as quick as possible. 4/5 stars Read more
