Chik fil A is always a hit with my family, always solid , good , simple food. Everybody that works there is super nice, overly... nice should I say, they have a indoor kids zone and if you stick with the #1 combo than everyone wins, can't go wrong. Try theMac and cheese, it's super good. Read more

***FLY IN MY TOMATO*** This is the number one Chick fil a that I go to in AZ since I work across the street. I literally go... almost every week..I know I need a better diet. All my co-workers come here and all of the connecting business tied to mylocation. I am only giving a 1 star bc it won?t allow me to write a review without a star. I just left the drive thru andarrived back at work. Thank God I pray before I eat or I might have split this fly in my meal in half. SOOOOO DISGUSTINGLYGROSS!! I FaceTimed my wife immediately like ?look at this? she said go back. I said all they?ll do is give me a freesandwich..I?m good. I will never eat here again and I will show this @ work and to those part of the connecting company as well.As a manager I have access to all of the employees here. This is unacceptable. I am a Red Member on the app. Never eating hereagain. I might post this a time or two more and place duplicate on it. I know this is horrible publicity for the company butit?s something that should never happen nor be ignored. Please don?t let it happen again for someone else. Thank you Read more

I have a large catering order every other month for a Couple's event for my church and I've ordered at this location a few times... and received nothing but excellent service and the food is always ready and packaged very well. I tried another location closerto my house and was very disappointed which made me appreciate this location even more. Thank you so much for the love and careyou put into making our order right every single time. God bless you! Read more

Ordered 4 meals including a salad in which we asked loud and clear for a medium fry. We did not get the fry, when asked about it... the manager a younger guy in his early 20s said you got to medium fry with your meal. When I stated we ordered an extra fry hesaid we'll I can ring you up for one. Not once was there an apology for screwing up my order or any accountability. When I saidyour cashier needs to pay attention to orders so customers get their correct food he once again said I can ring you up for afry. Unbelievable with the level of service Chick Fil A preaches to act this way. An apology and an ill get you a fry for thescrew up would of gone a long way. Instead you've lost a customer at this location. Read more

What happened? Before their revamp their drive thru was a masterclass in speed and efficiency. There could be 10 cars in front... of you and you?d be in and out in 5 min. Now on several occasions I?ve waited 15 min for a single item with 4 cars in front ofme (not an exaggeration, happened again this morning). They spent millions of dollars on their revamp plus I?m sure millions inlost revenue while they were closed to become?3 times slower? I?m having a hard time understanding this. Read more

Yummy as always. They just revamped this location because the drive thru line can get crazy. Now there are permanent land and... the "window" is now a sliding door that they can walk it and bring orders to the car as they are ready instead of by who isthere first. Read more

Food was absolutely amazing, but you missed the sauces. Printed in bold on the receipt, it couldn?t have been any easier to give... me the sauces I wanted, but instead I received a receipt with that lists what could have been my sauces. Working fast food, thisis like dropping the bottle at a house party. Big foul. You don?t dodge the sauce in fast food. Not the Christian way of youguys. And from a Scottsdale location too, certainly not the Christian way. I feel like my Christian ways have been disrespectedby not allowing the heavenly taste of Chik-fil-A?s emporium of sauces.
