I visited this location on 9/30/22. When I say my order was horrible, I mean it. If I didn't live such a distant away I would... have brought the food back. I ordered wings and I got parts of a wing. I tried to eat a piece and the meat was dried up. It waslike biting into a piece of wood. The first time I tried them it was good. The quality of the chicken is horrible. Customer service was absolutely atrocious. She kept bringing up her personal life and problems. Also, after spending over $50 on... a couple sandwiches fries and a 10 PC wing. I asked for some ranch and she told me it was 60 cents each. And continued to sayyou just want everything for free and be really rude. Wouldn't bring your kids or waste your money. The ONLY REASON Why I DID NOT Rate my experience as a 1 is because of the female cashier I had. *On my receipt the name said... Deshawn, I'm hoping that was her name. I was with my children and she could see that I was stressed from dealing with mytoddler niece and my young son. She was patient with me and was so welcoming with her positive energy. HOWEVER, Some managerNAMED TONY (I'm assuming he was a manager because he had on a gray button collar shirt NO NAME TAG), I ASKED AN EMPLOYEE WHATTHE GUYS NAME WAS, he came up to the cashier and shoved her to the side. He began taking my order rolling his eyes, tapping hisfingers and rushing me.. EXTREMELY RUDE! After shopping at Walmart I went Charles Philly steak with my significant other and it was unprofessional the employees except... for the one working as cashier and taking orders were in a huddle and talking a instead of cooking the food and getting orderspushed out as fast as possible. I was number 31 and it took about 30 minutes for them give me the food and when I did my frieswere soggy and the bread was hard. It was my first time going to Charles Philly steak and that is the worst place to go for afirst time client . It wasn?t just me but the other people that were waiting for their order and were all frustrated because wecan see in the kitchen that they were just talking laughing and having conversations instead of making our food management needsto hire those who are willing to work and get stuff done and who act professional when they are at work. I think the cashier whowas working June 14 around 530 when I ordered my food because she apologized and continued to be professional unlike her othercoworkers. Read more
Edit: Management made right with complimentary food. The food was good, I'm gonna give it another shot, but probably at a... different location, the employees at this location, are slacking and got a bad attitude Wow I've never been so insulted justtrying to order a sandwich. Every thing I said was somehow the most frustrating and annoying thing the cashier ever had to dealwith. Shaking her head nonstop. Her name is Lisa and I think she's a manager, she needs to be fired immediately. Absolutelyridiculous and unacceptable for her to be treating customers like that.
