While enjoying Grand Avenue Unification we stopped in for tea at Cha Cha's. Fantastic! I had a Green Desert Palmer (an iced... beverage) that was tasty: matcha+green tea+hibiscus lemonade. I loved Cha Cha's and will definitely go back! Read more

They make one hell of a breakfast Sammy. The coffee was great as well. The inside was very chill with lots of great places to... sit and work or chat. As a big boy I didn't feel to cramped like I do at some hip coffee places. Read more

The cha cha?s tea Lounge is my second time here, and I will be coming back! I have been looking for a healthy alternative to... replace my coffee cravings, and the teas here are the ones. The range of teas and matcha drinks, hot or iced, is endless. Theflavor combination is exquisite. You can create your own blend of tea with the available loose tea leaves they have in stock. They will blend your tea creation to make your drink. The first time I came here, I got the vanilla rose latte iced with oatmilk and agave syrup, which was delicious! This time I got the sick puppy hot tea with natural honey because my throat felt abit icky; the warmth of the tea helped smooth my throat, which made it feel better. The lounge area has a calmness to it withthe natural plants surrounding the cafe, which is a great place to rest and relax and enjoy a great cup of tea. Read more

My wife and I wanted a late night (9pm is late for us) coffee with pastries. We looked up a couple of coffee shops and came... across this cute space. To begin with our experience, the hours are wrong online, they have new hours posted on their door. I'mnot sure if it was because we came in 15 min before closing but the lady at the cashier seemed to be rushing us in a rude way.We ordered our drinks, I ordered a dirty Chai with oatmilk and my wife ordered their "earth day" (matcha with coldbrew). We havea habit of ordering our drinks with light ice only because regular ice tends to melt quick and dilute the flavor. Turns out thisshop charges .50 more for light ice. I never understood why shops do that. We also ordered a couple of pastries, a pumpkinmuffin and an oreo donut. They were good but nothing special. We also tried their coffee cake but again, nothing special. Theshop itself is warm and inviting but I wasn't impressed with anything we ordered. I'm not sure if I'll be back. Read more

I absolutely LOVE this place! Real nice chill vibe, the service is TOP TIER, and super friendly staff who is very knowledgeable... of their teas. My first visit I had the Blue Monsoon. It was so good I had to order a second. My second visit I ordered theBrown Betty which is absolutely delish! I also tried the salted chocolate chip cookie, and my visit today I had the chocolatechip banana bread. Both were absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!! I saw that they carry lemon hibiscus bars, but they were sold out. Idefinitely want to try those out on my next visit. This will be one of my new go to spots. Read more

Plenty of street parking available, takes cash and card and serves food during the day and Tea till close. There are some cool... seats in the windows sills, but otherwise a few two-tops line the walls with some comfy chairs to complement them. The music ischill and the ambience is great! And what a unique place...where else will give you free tea for simply picking up some trashfrom Grand Ave? It's this kind of stuff that's lacking in this world! Plus, the tea is DELICIOUS and thoughtfullysteeped/brewed. There is a great selection available on the boards, but they also have a "build your own tea" area with lots ofcool options to choose from. Not a tea expert? Totally fine, just ask all the questions you want, as the staff is friendly andready to help. Plus, they're open late on weekends! Really dig this cool and unique space both for their tea and food offeringsas well as the creativity and love for the community. Please swing by when you're in the area--definitely recommended! Justwanted to come back here and add that today I had the frittata with arugula salad and "seedy toast" and it was delicious! Read more
