I am in town for a few weeks, I live in Central America and I am súper picky about coffee, so I am reviewing as a specialty... coffee drinker not as a regular at Starbucks. The egg and Potato burrito was amazing. However, I came for specialty coffee. Iordered one of the T4 (tier 4) roasts which is suppose to be great quality. The specific roast I got is a single origin fromBurundi. Well, I drink coffee with cupping scores from 85-90 daily. Coffee wasn?t as good as a geisha but definitely better thancommercial grade ???? I actually changed my review from 4 to 5 stars while writing this review because as I started to drinkmore, the flavor profiles started to really brighten up. Read more
