Carolinas is easily one my favorite Mexican restaurants in the valley. Everything seems to look very tasty, with my meal of... choice being the Green Machacca burrito. Getting it double wrapped is a must. Their salsa is simply amazing... My favorite salsaI have ever had.. You do have to be prepared for a bit of a wait though. Read more
Food is good 90% of the time but sometimes the customer service is lacking. This last time we chose to pick up breakfast... burritos early on a Saturday morning. Called ahead and placed the order for pick up and was told it should be ready within 10min. We got there at the time quoted and there were about 5 customers total in the restaurant already sitting down eating theirfood and yet it took forever to get someone to come help us get our order. All in all it's good for a quick bite just get thereahead of time of you're in a hurry. Read more
I've always enjoyed Carolina's immensely. The only issue I have is they tend to set your order back with the pick up orders and... don't call out names in a timely manner. For the 3rd trip in a row my food has been barely warm when I get it. Read more

This place surprised me so much, it's casual and exceptional. We tried the enchiladas, fried hard shell tacos, Oaxaca burrito,... rice, and beans and everything exceeded our expectations. This place used to be the best. Man has it changed. From stock outs of product, food tastes different, hot sauce dispensers not... filled, missing food in orders, and long waits for online and to go orders. Cost is also so much higher.
