This is a quality Carl's.... really. The fact that they claim to care about us customers but have yet to bring back there... Chilli Cheese Frys is simply appaling. I went through the drive-thru and was asked to go park in front and wait for my food. I waited 10 minutes and went inside, they... couldn't find my food. So they remade it, and didn't tell me they didn't have the second Patty on my California Burger. Ipointed that out, the manager, yes the manager to me they ran out of pattys and used a larger one for my burger. Then theytried to give me the cold fries that have been hanging out in the bag on the counter for 10 minutes while I waited for theburger. Was really hungry and decided to try it again the first time same thing got the jalapeño burger and I feel like they hate their... lives there at this location. The reason I say this is I went yesterday at around 8pm and it was pretty much empty. I ordered 2of the jalapeño burgers and it took forever although it was empty there, but when I got home the burgers were soaked. Not sureif it was on purpose so basically wet bread. Just a waste of money. I don't think my hard earned money is worth going thereagain. Read more

I had never been to a Carl's Jr before but I had to take advantage of the free Beyond Burger they were offering! I have had the... Beyond burger in other places before, but the fast food version was very satisfying. I love that fast food chains are jumping onthe plant based bandwagon. The waffle cut fries were also legit though maybe unnecessary for me. Will go back for another plantbased fast food experience. Read more
At a busy bus stop, but the management and service staff were top notch, and my lettuce wrapped burger was excellent!
