Omgoodness i completely forgot to call and speak to the manager about this until now. I ordered my food go to the window the... girl tells me how much I hand her my EBT card. She takes it swipes it several times and then comes back to the window smilingand says it's not working do you want to try it and I'm like what she's like do you want to try to swipe it it's not working soI say well okay so I try swiping it and it just says card read error or something along those lines so then she has me go backand then she does something on her register and then try it again and now it says payment not accepted so I asked her do youguys take EBT and she's just still smiling at me saying oh I don't know. She said it's not working. So I tell her is it notworking or do you not take EBT and says oh um no. she said oh okay you don't have another card and I said no that's the card Ihave you guys take EBT so it's not my fault that you can't figure out how to run my card. I ask to speak to the mngr. There wasno manager just her and the guy cooking. Still staring at me smiling, I said what do I do now I'm still hungry and then she saidoh sorry. Like really what options do you give me. I ended up paying cash actually only offering her 3/4 of the amount due forthe inconvenience and she didn't budge she went hard on her straight smiley face. I don?t usually like to review restaurants,but on this one ohhh man! I live around the area and I been to this location... approximately 15 times and every single time they come out with a different excuse to not take your order is completelyridiculous. Was the worst Carl's I've been to in 63yrs!!!!!! Wish I could give -5 stars!! 9pm on 5/9/2022. No one to take order. 2 female... employees laughing and playing in bathroom! The food was TERRIBLE!!!!!! Got cold, burnt chicken fingers that tasted like rubbercharcoal!!!! Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Burger King!!!!!!! Read more

So google said this location is 24 hours and has a sign that says open in the window but yet they can?t take my order right now... because they have stuff going on inside that?s needs to be done for the customer safety?? They sneer at the title "Fast Food". In a nice way. The result is moist, tasty burgers. Crispy french fries that take forever to... cook. You know, like back in the day when Mr. Carl started. Even the pop isn't too fizzy. Younger people have no frame ofreference as how things were done pre-microwave oven. So, do visit. Have a cup of slow. It's yummy. Read more
