I have never gotten a bad sandwich at any Carl?s Jr.,until I tried the new chicken sandwich. I had to actually open the bun to... see if there was a piece of chicken in it. It was not visible from the side view. It is pretty sad that I got a similar sandwichfrom Burger King and the chicken breast on that sandwich was considerably bigger!!!! Read more
I order 2 breakfast grill cheese sandwichs, at the drive thru was told my total was $11.71** the ones they have advertised 2 for... $4** I get to the window and ask the "asst. Manager" what sandwiches do you guys advertised as 2 for $4. And she says" theburrito, the grill cheese and also the biscuits" I asked "well why are my two sandwiches 11 dollars? If they are 2 for 4" Shestated "the way I do it is you have to ask me for it before I put your order in." Can someone please explain to me why I needto ask for something you guys have advertised in several places around and in your store? As a former store manager, in the fastfood industry I've never heard of an asst. Manager or anyone having to be asked prior to the order going in to receive aspecial offer that is being posted around the store.. its not a online or exclusive offer. Plz fix it Read more
Food was good. But way overpriced. $12.99 for a combo? Added onion rings and with tax it was over $15. I could go have a sit... down meal at Red Robin for that price. I won't be back. Just lost a regular customer forever. Read more
Went in today with my family. Food was fresh and fast. Which was great because they seemed kind of busy.They really seemed to... care about the cleanliness (I saw them wipe tables, sweep, and even spot mop in the 20ish minutes we were there). The lady thathelped us had a cheery disposition (which isn?t her job, so I really appreciate it). I would recommend this location. Read more
Their fries were old and cold. Also the double cheese burger and spicy chicken sandwich were not that fresh. I know I shouldn't... expect much only paying $6 but dang! They changed their cookies too. The new ones are a joke. They don't taste that great. Whatis happening to you CJ! Read more
I came to this place at about 9:55pm, on the business hours sign it states they close the dining room at 11:00pm, so I had to go... drive thru, order my food, it was a famous star combo, I had to eat it in the parking lot since I was driving to Phoenix fromflagstaff, the burger was bad, it looked like it had been in the warmer for some time, crisscuts were fine but the soda had 90%ice and 10% coke, whatever happened to Carl's Jr, its expensive for the food they serve. Not sure if they fixed the sewer smelling problem inside. I went through the drive thru this time. I like there crispy chicken... with bacon and swiss. My brother and sister like their burgers like the famous star and the chicken tenders. I ordered 2 friesand they only gave me one so I went back through the drive thru for my other fry. Read more
This location unfortunately seems unable to make orders according to a customer?s request, such as removing items that a... customer does not want (typically for dietary and allergy reasons). Also my recent burger tasted like it had been sitting outfor awhile after being cooked. The vegetables such as lettuce they use could be of better quality as well. The leaf lettuce wasturning black and was wilted heavily. For the prices they charge, you would think they would get orders correct perinstructions. Read more
