Given a high rating so it's seen! This was the second time trying this place and it was so awful this time around. When you... first go to order the one girl just memorized your order of the sandwhich and told the other person (which then one sandwichwasn't even made correctly) and put on some bread I didn't want but they were so slow I wasn't going to wait for differentbread. There were only about 4 people ahead of us but it took almost 15 minutes just to get to the soup part. I guess they weretaking the orders of the curbside pick ups which I don't find that right. I guess they have never tried their "mac & cheese"themselves because it was horrible. Then I went ahead and ordered the chicken nuggets.. 6 dollars for 2 finger length flatnuggets. What a joke that was. Wasn't even enough for my 2 year old and he rarely even eats much. They had a fundraiser for mydaughters school so we decided to try it again and it wasn't even busy at all inside but yet they were moving like sloths and ittook forever for us to even get out of the line that wasn't even long. Very disappointing and unfortunately that was the lasttime we will be going back as it was not worth the money, and the food was not good. Bummer. Just to unorganized, slow, not goodfood Read more

I had never heard of Zupa's (out of towner) but boy am I glad I did. Try the pumpkin and chorizo soup...amazing. I am not a... pumpkin fan, and this soup doesn't taste pumpkiny at all. My lunch was so good, I went back the next evening for dinner. Thepick two is a perfect choice. The infused waters are yummy! Read more

Absolutely ridiculous! The service has been horrible the past two weeks from the staff. Attitude when you go in when there?s no... one else there and you?re interrupting their conversations. The soup is horrible now. The potato and green chili USED to haveactual potatoes in it! Now it?s basically watered down broth. Reheated the soup in microwave because I get this soup to go EVERYMonday, and this is the first time it has overflowed from microwaving it. Ding Ding! That?s your sign that there is TOO MUCHwater ratio!! I get the soup to go every Monday for dinner later that night and it?s ridiculous how service and the food hasgone downhill. Husband only had TWO small diced potatoes in his soup. My father in law had throat cancer and we loved coming inhere to get him soup because it was the only thing he could eat and there are a lot of soup choices. He passed and we still wantto get soup from there BUT NOT if the quality is horrible like this. Read more
