My best friend and I went on a lunch date. We had never been there before and the staff were all super helpful for on providing... suggestions etc. The food tasted amazing and the portion sizes were perfect, we were so surprised we got a chocolate coveredstrawberry with our meal as well as a roll. This review took me a bit to decide what rating I would give. I wanted so badly to give it higher stars, but I had a few too... many negatives to give it anything higher than three. Positives first! The mushroom bisque....insanely good. I want to drink abarrel of that soup!???? The chocolate covered strawberry was a nice touch and was actually a good looking strawberry.Negatives, I paid $6.00 for the half size of my soup...way too much money. That size of soup needs to be $3.00. Thebaguette...was a batch baked roll I could?ve easily bought at the store. There was absolutely nothing special to it. It wasn?tbad, but it?s a good thing they don?t charge you for it with the soup. (That is a big positive to me!) The half size of theprotein bowl, for $10.00...a crime against the people. That salad should?ve been $5.00. I?d love to come back here again, butthe portion size/pricing issue will be enough to keep me away. Love the mango berry salad! Although, when I order it to go, it is the size of a small which is VERY disappointing. It has... happened every time. There is about twice as much if you get it to stay. If the sizing was the same for a to go order this wouldbe 5 stars. That's how disappointed I am when I order the salad to go. Tomato basil soup is to die for!
