Took 15 min for someone to take my order in drive thru and when they did take it and I got to the window the price sounded right... (paying for a family of 8) paid and got my bags and I always check before I leave well after being in drive threw for 30 minalready they didn?t get my order correct and forgot multiple things which I seen I had to reorder since they didn?t they theorder correct so had to go inside and reorder and wait another 30min inside lobby! On top of all that I spent close to $85that?s night and the while order was messed up the new ghost pepper burger didn?t have all the things it was suppose to have itwas really plain! I got a double bacon king burger which only came with one patty which was suppose to be 2 only one cheeseslice and No Bacon!! This was my first and last time at this Burger King! Read more
Waited in drive thru, realized it was not moving. Decided to go inside. The door was locked and a customer opened the door for... me. The employee then proceeded to yell at her for opening the door, telling her that they were short handed and telling her shewas not an employee. The employee could have handled the situation more tactfully. I told her not to speak to her that way. I decided to leave and did not order anything. Went to Jack in the Box, instead. Read more

the manager was smoking on shift, that's disgusting and did not wash her hand ls while making my burger, and im sure there was... ashes on my lettuce. do better! oh and on top of that she didn't want to give me a refund after they gave me and a burger withashes and fries that were cold from sitting there for a while and didn't want to make new ones, you can obviously tell that thefries were nasty, and the texture was disgusting. i would give one star if i could. Honestly I?m pretty sure a lot of people don?t pay attention to cleanliness or sanitation I?m honestly impressed of how these... guys work in this location everybody had gloves on food was properly served as ordered thanks a lot guys keep up the cleanlinessof? The mobile app never works for this location, but you don't find this out until you have already went to the trouble of picking... the stuff you want. When you go to place the order and pay, then you find out its not working. The app tells you that you needto pick a different Burger King. If I wanted to stop at a different Burger King then I would have picked a different one at thebeginning. This one is a a mile from my house, and on the way home from work. So I guess this location does not include a 2nd slice of cheese on the double cheeseburger???? I?m confused if this location... doesn?t know how to make this burger. This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. The drive through always takes a long time, I just sat in it for nearly 30... minutes and I was only the 4th car in line. Usually not very friendly either. And it?s a very new store. Yay South Phoenix. Read more
