Horrible manager and service got a whopper meal wanted extra lettuce, pickles we get a dry bun with a hamburger patty nothing... else we went to.talk to manager she started arguing with us that we asked for that and finally made it how we wanted. Very slow, even though the place wasn't full of customers. They seemed really disorganized, with worker asking what you ordered,... instead of looking at screens. The burger i got was missing a crucial item: the bacon on a bacon king. I see them working hard,but management needs to train their people to be more efficient and organized. First and last time going to this location. Ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich, asked for no pickles, and the lady kept... getting confused with what I was trying to order. They didn't get my order right or even give me a receipt and the manager will not answer the phone. This is quite pathetic!!!
