i noticed most of the negative reviews come from homeless people that cannot use the bathrooms to take showers in unless they... are customers. i had a great experience, food was hot and people were friendly. what more can you ask for as a paying. Read more
Worst customer service ever! I ordered two Whopper Jr Sandwiches and two Medium Fries, got up to the drive through window and... presented a coupon, was refused service because I didn't mention having a coupon at the time I placed the order. I've never atany other restaurant had to give notice of a coupon, I always hand it with my payment at the window. Pretty sure this was themanager a large Hispanic male. Stopped in this morning for breakfast, it was not a good morning for the am shift. Curse words were flying about the... frustration of the pm shift and lack of stocking supplies for am shift. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while no onemade eye contact or greeted me, even though they passed me a few times. I gave up and left. I will likely never stop at thislocation again. I am disappointed every time I go here. I just picked up breakfast and then turned around to get my money back because it was... wrong. I think they purposely don't give you a receipt so you can't leave a bad review. I haven't been here in months anddecided to give them another chance. I have given up on Burger King as a whole.
