Try hiring... more than one or two people over 21 if you don't want underage hangovers working there. Oh and don't judge people who are notcapable of speaking your language, especially if you have added English as your second, respectfully I never forced your life tobe hard like you told me and you don't need to be mean to people of certain ethnicities.
